How Do you wash the socks?

Keep your custom creation looking fresh! We recommend taking off any pins or charms first, then either hand washing or tossing your socks in a garment bag on a gentle cycle. Treat them with love — they deserve it.

What If I don’t like my final design?

Each pair is made with care and creativity, which means all sales are final. But we totally get it, sometimes the vision changes!

How long will it take to get my order?

Each pair is made with love, so please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your socks are on the way!

What is your return policy?

Because each pair is custom-made, all sales are final. But if something’s wrong with your order, please contact us; we want to make it right.

Do you sell socks for kids or just adults?

We mainly design socks for teens and adults, but if you’re looking for a smaller size for kids, no worries! Just place a custom order and we’ll make it happen.
